To nominate a hero, please submit a letter of no more than three pages describing their (or their organization’s) activities and achievements. Please be concise, and be sure to describe:

• The community the Hero is serving
• The condition that their work aims to correct
• The actions they have taken
• The outcomes that have resulted from their actions
• Other recognition they have received for their work
• Their contact information, including name, mailing address, e-mail address, and daytime telephone number

Your submission can be supported by press clippings, testimonial letters, or similar documentation. Please do not submit electronic media.

Please note that The Andrew Goodman Foundation is not a grant-making organization.

You will receive an e-mail confirming the receipt of your application. Applications must be submitted by June 21st and winners will be notified by September 1st. Awards are made at the sole discretion of The Andrew Goodman Foundation based on our evaluation of the candidates.
